Return Policy


Our goal is to hope that every customer can buy satisfactory products. We have a professional quality inspection team to check your products before shipping to ensure that the product quality meets the standards.

If you are not satisfied with the goods you received, we apologize. You have the right to request a return within 30 days after receiving the package. We will provide a quick exchange and return process.

Damaged or Low-Quality Items

If the product is defective or does not properly function as advertised, please kindly reach out to us at [email protected]

Ideally, the items should be photographed on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

Caution: This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:

- Damage caused by accident

- Improper care

- Normal wear and tear

- Break down of colors and materials due to sun exposure

- Aftermarket modification

Note: Our policy may last 30 days from the arrival date. If 30 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or replacement.

1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.

2. Please make sure you don't include non-vogue nighty items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.


We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In order to complete a return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

Customers will only be charged a maximum of one shipping charge (this includes returns); no return fees will be charged to the consumer for returns.


Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically issued to your credit card or original payment method within 3-7 business days.


If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There will usually be some processing time before the refund is credited. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]
